Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return items within 14 days of your invoice date for a full refund.
Wholesale discounts voided if sale after return does not meet wholesale qualifications.
Items must be returned in original packaging and condition with a copy of your invoice.
All return shipment costs are the responsibility of the returner.

Flat Rate/Priority: Items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail which can reach you between 2 to 5 business days. This shipment offer include $50 insurance on package.
USPS Ground Advantage:
Clients choosing Ground Advantage mail need to understand this service is not insured and there is no guarantee in arrival time

Due to the nature of our products, some are subject to slight variations in size, color and finish. For instance, natural stones and dye lots on glass seed beads can vary, and our handmade silver beads from India may change from shipment to shipment.
